Hi committers,

ATM, most file attachments are stripped automatically from emails sent to
the Cactus mailing lists (see below for the list of stripped attachments).
As this is a potentially controversial topic, I'm sending this VOTE email.

I'm suggesting that the following attachments be allowed to go through:
- image/*
- Zip files. I think this maps to:
application/zip
application/x-zip
application/x-zip-compressed
application/octet-stream
application/x-compress
application/x-compressed
multipart/x-zip

Do you think this is a good idea? Obviously zip files can possibly contain
viruses (is that possible with images?) which is probably the main reason
they are stripped by default.
