BTW Magnus, there is a cargo 0.5 SNAPSHOT on
http://www.ibiblio.org/maven/cargo/jars/ that shoud get downloaded
automatically. Is it enough up to date or do I need to republish a newer
snapshot to make the cactifyear task work?
