Personally I'm entirely fine with having the Cactus Eclipse integration
happen in Eclipse land. If anyone has any objection please shout. I think
it's even better for the Cactus project as it'll get more exposure.

I guess this all depends on Daniel. If Daniel thinks there's some useful
code in there then I'm sure we can arrange a donation. Let us know first 
if
that's something you're interesting in. If not, then I'm also happy to
remove the Eclipse code from the Cactus trunk and only advertise the 
Eclipse
work you guys are doing. AFAIR there are only 2 people who have done work 
on
the Eclipse integration code (Julien and me - And Julien is working has 
not
participated for the past 3 years. I'm sure he'd agree to anything) so it
should pretty easy to get any agreement we want.

Once again this is only my opinion. If someone has something to say on 
this
topic please speak up.
