It's just for legal clearance, incubator is more than incubating projects ;)

I believe the fact that we are ok Petar's case, but we want to have it in 
writing ;)

I have a mail ready for the steps and just forwarded to the private list to see 
which order is
preferred : first a vote on acceptance of the codebase and then paperwork or 
the other way around..
