What exactly would this Java based GUI do? Is it an installation program? And if so, what would it do differently than the current GUI installer in OpenSolaris? I think you need to provide more detail about what you're thinking of implementing. The caiman project is pretty large and encompasses a lot of technologies for various modes of installation and initial configuration. Cheers, -- Glenn
