Sounds like a good idea. Are you going to create a way in your gui interface to specify the things outlined in slim_cd.xml? That's the approach I'd take. Then your interface would have an option to pull in additional packages from whatever repository you specify (songbird of course being one of them). This then makes your gui flexible and extensible (at least in terms of creating custom liveCD content). Cheers, -- Glenn
