Some people (like myself)  disable the router's BOOTP/DHCP server.
And even if I would not have disabled it alltogether (to prevent
interfering with wanboot <---> AI-Install- and DHCP- server
interaction) if would prever setting up static IP's, as I always have.
I.e. I would reduce the Router's DHCP-server's pool size. Or would
force DHCP to hardwire dedicated IP-addresses to specific MAC
addresses.
