Webrev is updated: uuid-function is replaced with makeuuid, also some lines was changed for ksh93-style (http://hub.opensolaris.org/bin/view/Project+shell/shellstyle), some cmds replaced with ksh-builtin commands (thanks to Olga). Tested without errors, LiveCD (LiveUSB) boots without any issues using new UUID for mounting cdrom.
