Hi Dave,
I've been looking forward to this, but after applying the patch to a
copy of slim_source, something seems not quite right.
"make install" failure:
The install-XX.png files appear to end up in
proto/root_i386/usr/share/gui-install, and not the subdir of that
(installmessages).
patch doesn't seem to pick up the rename of those files to the gui-aux
directory correctly.
I uploaded an hg bundle to use instead:
