Hi all,

Maybe someone can help with this one ... ?

I have one physical disk and I want to install OpenSolaris on 2 partitions.

What I have done :

- install OpenSolaris on the first partition
- reboot : boot from disk is ok
- change 1rst partition type to "fat32" with GParted
- install OpenSolaris on the second partition
- reboot : boot from disk (2nd partition) is ok
- change 1rst partition type from "fat32" to "linux-swap" (which seems to be
the type for OpenSolaris ?)
- boot from disk is ok, still on the 2nd partition

But if I change the 2nd partition type to "linux-swap", I can't boot anymore.

My questions are :

- how can I get 2 working partitions with the right type for OpenSolaris ?
- how can I boot the 1rst partition, then modify the grub default and reboot on
the 2nd partition (I believe this may be done with chainloader+makeactive) ?

Thans for your help,
Patrick
