Hi, After some work, I am now in the following state : - 2 OpenSolaris installed on 2 primary partitions of the same physical disk, I will call them OSOL1 and OSOL2 (OSOL1 was installed first) - when I boot the computer, I can choose between OSOL1 and OSOL2 - if I choose OSOL2, everything is fine - then I reboot and choose OSOL1, everything goes right too - but when I reboot from OSOL1, I get the "grub> prompt" : if I type "findroot (pool_rpool,0,a) it says "Filesystem type is zfs, partition type 0xbf", then if I type escape I go back to grub menu which let me choose between OSOL1 and OSOL2 (both of them work)
Anyone knows why I go to grub command line when booting from OSOL1 ? Thanks again, Patrick -- This message posted from opensolaris.org _______________________________________________ caiman-discuss mailing list [email protected] http://mail.opensolaris.org/mailman/listinfo/caiman-discuss
