15 - Consider whether system/install is the right package for
delivering system-config. Availability of the interactive tool may
not be desired in some product scenarios (e.g. appliances) where the
infrastructure components provided by this project would be used.
Maybe not necessary to break it out initially, but thought I should
mention it.
I see - do you think it might a good use of pkg(5) facets or would it be
more appropriate
to consider separate package ?
Separate packages seems more appropriate here.
ok. I have taken a look at what packages we currently deliver:
system/install
system/install/locale
system/install/tests
system/install/auto-install
system/install/gui-install
system/install/text-install
system/install/media/internal
system/library/install
In light of this, do you think that 'system/install/configuration'
might be reasonable choice for package holding sysconfig specific
stuff ?
Sure, that works for me.
