Understood. As I mentioned, it's highly likely that it gets normalized
prior to this point, so I'm not overly concerned about it.

I am dubious about how long 'quickly enough' will be. The referenced
CR is from 2009-11-05. I suppose that it just needs to get assigned to
someone and worked.
