Could I please get a code review for the following CR?

I tested this by building all 3 x86 ISOs. Everything boots and starts
installing as normal.
I also tested an "english only" ISO by specifying
<facet set="true">facet.locale.en</facet>
<facet set="true">facet.locale.en_US</facet>
and all other facets as "false"
When the LiveCD booted, it prompted me for the keyboard type, but did
not prompt me for the language. It auto selected English. Neat.
