It was moved to http://macromates.com/svn/Bundles/trunk/Review/Bundles/PHP%20Cake.tmbundle/ because since I made the bundle ages ago they have made their standards a little clearer and I just haven't had the time to finish cleaning it up. I have most of the current version updated to 1.2 styles, but still have some work to do to get it out of 'review'
