There are some articles in the Bakery about how to configure EclipsePDT to work with CakePHP (http://bakery.cakephp.org/articles/ view/setting-up-eclipse-to-work-with-cake), many people there mentions some of the things they would like to include in that solution (ie. autocompletion of models names), and someone mentions the idea of a CakePHP plugin for Eclipse, which I think would be a nice thing to have :)
