Not about please and thank you even though it's not going to kill you to thank someone for taking time out of their day to help you for free nevertheless but its not the "GROUPS" job to do yours. You have to build tooltip or whatever and you don’t know how so google it, try something, experiement, try it out yourself. Still have problems ask the group I'm stuck here I tried this looked here.
