I have heard it isnt really all that healthy to use aluminum pans as
well as non stick. Cast Iron is may favorite way to cook, and I have
made some really good cornbread with cast iron. My question is, has
anyone tried to bake a layer cake with cast iron skillets. Just
wondered how it would turn out. I know for years they were used to
make upside down cakes.

Any thoughts?
