Fondant Recipe
1/2 bag of marshmellows (16 oz bag)
2 tbs of water
1 1/2 bag of confectionaires sugar
1 tsp of any flavor you like
You can use marshmellow, water, confectionaire's sugar and a mixer.
Take a16 oz bag of marshmellow. Dump half of the marshmellow in
bowl. Add two tablespoons of water. Mix them. Put the mixture in the
microwave for about 30 seconds. Take it out and mix it. Put it back
in the microwave for another 30 seconds. Pull it out mix it. Then.
Take the confectionaire's sugar and dump about half a bag in the
marshmellow mixture. Mix the mixture with a mixture. I would preffer
you to do so because it would be easier that way so that you don't
have to clean your table. And it will take at least 2 -3 hours to
clean it off. Keep mixing it until the fondant forms. You can add
more confectionares sugar if you know that the quality of fondant
isn't there. Then, when done, get a cutting bored and spray it with
cooking spray and add about half a bag of confectionaire's sugar.
Knead fondant like you would kneed the dough. Knead it till the
quality of fondant is there and until it won't be sticky any more.
Rap it in plastic wrap and put it in freezer. To use it again, put
it in microwave for about 10 seconds. It lasts for about two weeks.
Good luck and have fun. IT works for me and it will work for you.
