So far I have the following issues:

1) Average 1 freeze per week (not sure if it isn't hardware related).

Is this a hard freeze or can you kill callweaver? If it's a hard freeze, it's not CallWeaver, and a kernel or zaptel upgrade might help.

2) When the queue has only 1 member, sometimes 'show queue' count is
wrong compared to 'show channels' and the extension will not ring even
if there are calls queued.

As ctrix said, we're all looking forward to ditch the app_queue code. It's code is fundamentally broken and app_icd is, although not really finished, a far better codebase to work on with
