There's basically nothing to be done. Steve Underwood's SpanDSP does
everything. All that is needed is the pipe from Asterisk to SpanDSP.

I don't know why someone hasn't written a backport yet to Asterisk.
I'm still waiting for a final release (had too many trobules with the
RC and SVN crap) of CallWeaver with T38Gateway for further testing.

T.38 passthru via SIP is working fine in Asterisk 1.4 all you need
yourself is a Cisco gateway!
