Hi Steve, and thank you for replying immediately! Steve Underwood ha scritto: > If the SIP calls are T.38, the two minute limit could be a timeout in > the remote gateway. A number of ATAs cut pages at exactly 1.5 minutes or > 2 minutes.
This could be possible. Anyway, I haven't found a way to see if exactly T38 is working or not. Faxes are going and coming using the "ulaw" codec, anyway they go from a physical fax machine (connected via PSTN) to a VOIP geographical number of my VOIP provider. (Euteliavoip, Italy). I know it's a quite difficult file to transmit (a print of a jpeg image, for example), still don't know it there are timeouts in any side. Which kind of debug may be useful here? > I regularly test txfax and rxfax in PSTN mode with a 2M page, talking > with HylaFAX. Is your's bigger than that? Same situation: the fax is an image (or any complex set of pages) sent from any PSTN fax conencted directly to the PSTN to a PSTN number. This last one is connected to a callweaver box via TDM400 card. No problems with "normal" faxes. Any suggestion for logging would be useful, even because this last one is at one of my customers' office and today it's closed, so I can do tests :-) Bye!
