If the SIP calls are T.38, the two minute limit could be a timeout in 
the remote gateway. A number of ATAs cut pages at exactly 1.5 minutes or 
2 minutes.

I regularly test txfax and rxfax in PSTN mode with a 2M page, talking 
with HylaFAX. Is your's bigger than that?
