Eutelia Stuff (skypho = schifo at that time) was the provider which i 
used to start testing T38 with steve 2 years ago and have always worked 
flawlessly.

If it's not working, then it's probably a configuration issue or 
something eutelia has changed recently, but i have not experienced 
anything strange in the latest months.
