Thanks everyone, I am on my way to Memphis now and the guys will be going
to check out the other side tomorrow.  Hopefully it is just a ODU mismatch
or one of the plates on the inside are wrong.  But even if that were the
case, one of the radios should be doing better.

Anyways.  I did check all that you have suggested here and will continue to
work on this.

If anyone happens to have had experience with the 820s 2+0 setup, feel free
to reach out so I can ask you a few questions.
