Ha, their classic POE standard is from the motorola era before anyone was
doing POE standards (I'm sure they existed, just ignored). Pinout is in
cambiums excellent (but admittedly wordy) documentation somewhere (10+
years of working with moto so it's been a while since I looked at their
PDFs... in the FSK/450 lines it's excellent, I haven't even perused ePMP
documentation)

Lots of options for devices that will power multiple radios. CTM2
(expensive) from lastmilegear, Packetflux has a nifty (cheaper!) rack
injector coming very soon. Both of these will allow you to power different
devices and at different voltages. I think netonix does as well but I'm
not familiar with it. Both of these let you do GPS sync over power too,
which is less important if you only have one device (and you never
mentioned what it was, I assume an ePMP?) If you're converting to canopy
ap's, and doing multiples of them, gps is the secret sauce that make them
extra nifty.

As far as an inline single device thing so you can use the injector you
have instead of buying one, sorry I'm of little help, I think the last time
I did that I made my own.

might be what you're looking for but it's male to male and I'd guess you'd
want male to female.
