Who are the CPP?
Perhaps, he believes that it's better to join hands to rebuild the
country instead of fighting one another.
Cambodians have long dispute among each other for a very long time.
When are they going to stop?
The answer should be "never". The culture is so strong. They can't
change their culture.
It takes a revolution like the Khmer Rouge to destroy it.
