Everyone knows and every book noted about USA bombarding over Cambodia which may cause more than 600 000 died in which included the criminals yuons Vietcong who come to invaded Cambodia and killed and terrorized local civilians. I hope that USA should take more responsibility for their acts. What is more interesting to note is that, it was Sihanouk who asked USA to bombarding Cambodian rural or forest where many thousands of yuons vietcongs invested Cambodian territory to lead its attack against US interests and against local civilians.
Lose of life is regretting and those who killed or terrorized life of other must be held responsible for their crimes but opposite of yuons vietcongs who led its expansionist and genocidal policy against Khmer people (civilians) to robe land and natural resources, US bombarding of Cambodia is targeted to kill yuons vietcongs, not civilians and of course not for the same criminal purpose which is the yuon vietcong. If yuons Vietcong would defeated, the killing field would never take place in Cambodia till today. Comparing to the killing field and the mass massacres perpetuate against Khmer people suite to that policy after yuons Vietcong have officially invaded Cambodia at 7 January 1979, it is incomparable. What I found more criminals and frankly pathetic is that the yuons Vietcong and all its filiations try to deny or clean its crimes at any pride and at this age, these criminals still continue to lead its crimes in all indifferent and still want to show as clean people. US should or should not come to help Khmer people, it is neither yuons Vietcong nor anyone else who can interdict it. Khmer people can ask US or international community to help them from the actual neo genocide committed against and from the tyrannical rule that has no regard of their life and human dignity in which they have no possibility to fight against it themselves. According to Kuoy Kakada, an investigator for Licadho in Pursat who was reached by phone, almost 220 people traveled on Tuesday 04 November to the Thnot Chum commune office, Krakor district, Pursat province, to protest against the corruption which affects the distribution of rice in the Phum Thmei village. Kuoy Kakada traveled to the village and he noted that “the neediest people did not receive anything, whereas families owning oxen and motorized tillers, i.e. relatively well off, received rice rations. The latter are very close to the village chief and some receive 2 or 3 portions!” The interim district governor promised the demonstrators that new distributions will take place for them. The protestors then left to go home without being really convinced by these promises. In this village, villagers who lived there the longest were brushed off whereas those who recently arrived were not. When asked over the phone, a representative of the protesters testified: “I am not certain that I will receive rice. We are in between seasons, and we don’t have any more rice stock. In some homes, they don’t even have one cup of rice in reserve.” Ly Ponn, the Krakor interim district governor, said that “the distribution of rice went well. The village chiefs have followed well the directives given by the National Authority for the Prevention of Natural Disasters. It was the poor who received the rice. There was no diversion in favor of the village chiefs’ families. The latter have registered their houses in advance for the need.” On that same day, in the province of Oddar Meanchey, 85 families from the Kon Kreal commune went to demonstrate in front of the provincial governor office in Samrong. Their demands were the same as those villagers from Pursat. Yen, a 60-year-old widow living alone complained that she did not receive anything. “Some had their names registered on the list of those who should receive aid, but they were not called in during the distribution.
