Lok Bun Heang, I have no idea when Khmer people heard the new that
this former Vietcong soldier dead, they cheered and happy, I have no
clue why ? He was soaked by blood of the victims whom we know of like
Ho Sok, Piseth Polika and others.American had denied his visa several
time to enter in the US per requested from human right group, but the
CPP lobbyist group in DC is very powerful, especially among American
lobbyist group who made million dollars from CPP.
The caliber of Hok Lundy comparing to 1800's is equal to general
Truong Minh Yang who ran the operation of "Te Ong"
under emperor Minh Mang,Thieu Tri and Tu Duc, but Truong Minh Yang
committed suicide during the withdrawal of Viet soldier from the
Kingdom of Cambodia. Truong Minh Yang left a note to King Tu Duc who
succeded king Thieu Tri in 1847 " Cambodia is your rightful heirs"It's
too bad General Hok Lundy has not lived to see the grand celebration
of Indo China Federation which Hok Lundy had fought hard to achieve
this mission. But if look at the Buddha 's law of Karma which involved
the Papa (Bab) and Bunya (Bon), we know exactly what come around.
