It is the Khmer culture to blame the dead people who is his enemy when he died for some reason. It come to my memory when Ngo Dinh Diem and Ngo Dinh Ngo, President of Republic of Sud Vietnam, died of being assassin ed by military coup and later when President Kennedy,President of the United States of America, was shot death, the Chief of State of Cambodia had prescribed on day for holiday for the Khmer people to enjoy the death of the Khmer enemies at that time. The Khmer believe when his enemies died or being accident ed, the victim es had been con damned by the evil spirit,This Khmer belief is called justification for unjustly act.
