I hate to say this, but that's only in our wishful thinking.  When Vietnamese 
people blend in days in days out, "Jeat khmer arch sap-saon!" 
 
It all depends on the government.  If the government continues to be Viet's 
puppet, what do you think Cambodia would be 50 to 100 years from now? After 
sdech Ta, sdech yeay, sdech kteuy, and all the old generation is gone, then 
maybe the young generation will start wearing "Ao Phay" 

But please stop writing Nom Ben or Srok Xmer all the times like this.  I don't 
want to see it becomes a habit, and soon who knows, some people in the world 
might think this the proper way to write those names.   You know, once in a 
while is OK, but all the times is not a good idea.
