Yes I agree. It seems that some kids from the countryside and or their parents 
don't care about their future as they jeporadize the trust between them and 
their western donor whose willing to finance the education. Talk about shooting 
themselves in the foot. The parents obviously aren't thinking about their

to balance things out. Otherwise they will not have a chance to compete. Some 
types of programs should be available for poor and talented students to help
