First of all, where have poor people been able to afford high
education like richer people?
Second of all, I do agree that Cambodian scholars study hard. However,
their hard study doesn't produce any better future for the country. Do
you know why?
That's right. It doesn't matter whether you are poor or rich. They
suck for themselves when they get in the position. They corrupt and
practice the culture of impunity over no one but their own people in
their own country. That is the culture of Cambodia.
