We do agree that UNTAC didn't completely achieve its mission in
Cambodia but we can progress and foundation for all Cambodians and
politicians to play within this round curve.

Sometime we are good in debating and expressing ideas, but when it has
no base and certain goal, it surely becomes non-sense speech

October 23, 1991 was the chapter of historical page for Cambodia.
Though it is not successful but it has paved road for all of us to
tread in a right pather.
