Timothy,

What is your backup to support your argument when 23 October has been
neglected. What is your tool to debate progressive in Cambodia?

Cambodian government has repeatedly made mistake in its compliance
with the Paris Peace Agreement, but because of this Agreement that why
we have thing to say and criticize the government.

Let bring Paris Peace Agreement to your heart, mind and effort to urge
incumbent government to fully follow it.
