Vietnam hospital is the dead bed for Cambodians, if you are sick you must go to Vietnam there is no exception. No need to build hospitals in Cambodia, CPP has to follow strict policy of Vietnam, otherwise you are in trouble. For instance, Sam Raingsy pulled out border poles near Vietnam border, immediately CPP had to send madame Men Sam An to please Vietnam by promising to punish the perpetrator in this case LOk Raingsy to the fullest of the law . Vietnam agreed and assist CPP all every aspects of subversive activities, again no one dare to touch or trying to mess around this solid friendship. Lok Raingsy is waiting for conviction from local court of Svay Rieng as persona juridistic system. Vietnam will teach a tough lesson to Raingsy do not mess around Vietnam's interest in Cambodia, you can curse Hun Sen as you wish, Vietnam will protect you from harmful attack of Hun Sen bodyguards.
