Hi there, Perom, Yes, and thanks for the recollection. I can now refresh some of our glory in the 60's and 70's; I even remember seeing your hair style that your burnsides were as big as 1 ½ to 2 inches wide, a big waist belt on your Khoa patts and Aav centree with high heel shoes while you were dancing at kermesse (bazaar festival) at Olympic stadium in 73's? At that time you may have stationed at Chrouy Changvar fort not Ream base. Because Phaon Kavey Thavary refused to dance with you at the kermesse, and for a silly revenge during one of your daily boat patrol you stopped her fishing boat, and KC came to the rescue while his squadron patrolled his home town, Takhmao. I also remember the unforgettable event of the early 70's at Lycee Pourk (I don't recall the exact name of the Lycee), and my hat off with full respect to the sacrifice of Vireak Neary Deap Vannara who happened to be your Aunt. For the 40th anniversary of the Dix-huit Mars, please accept my Humble Respect in her Honor for all the Khmer.
With Kind Regards, K2 P.S. Welcome Lok Bora to a Khmer forum, Camdisc.
