Please think back to that glory years of the 60s when Norodom Sihanouk
lead the country to the worse impunity ever in the Cambodian history.
Do you know that Khmer Rouge were using it to attrack those peasants
to join them because they were vicitms of impunity?
The Cambodian peasants passed on their poverty from one generation to
another while the elite groups were enjoying prosperity under
Sihanouik.
This is a real story, not a fiction. Many Cambodians cannot hear it
because it is true and hurts them so much.
They can't have it any more. Many peasants now have elevated their
standard of living and start to enjoy the pie as many others.
For those who have lost it forever, they can only yelled from a
distance.
We are sorry to hear that many Cambodians still want to embrace the
destructive attitude. Actually, that's what is happening now.
