I thought that we are talking about Arizona law is legal or not.
Now you seem to change that and talk about the effectiveness of it
now.
Well, you seem to suggest that it should not be implemented when
people think that it is not effective.
If you look for uneffective laws in the books, you would find a lot.
If you look for effectiveness, people should no thave laws at all
because none of the laws are really effective.
Perhaps, the laws in the hands of the people like in Cambodia are
better.

Do you know what would happen when you do not have your ID or driver's
license in your possession when a policeman stop you?
You are required to have it whenever you go anywhere.
The same thing applies to legal alien. They are required to carry
their alien card at all time.
