I thought that we are talking about Arizona law is legal or not. Now you seem to change that and talk about the effectiveness of it now. I leave the legal thing to the lawmaker or law professor for the time being. Well, you seem to suggest that it should not be implemented when people think that it is not effective. If you look for uneffective laws in the books, you would find a lot. If you look for effectiveness, people should no thave laws at all because none of the laws are really effective. You are completely wrong. It is not just law, almost everything people make is measured by its effectiveness. If the law doesn't work, why bother to make the law at the first place? There is always some degree of affectiveness that the lawmaker will have to consider before they make the law. I am not talking about real 100% bullet proof kind of effective, I am talking about the effectiveness over the already existing immigration laws. Perhaps, the laws in the hands of the people like in Cambodia are better. Don't be a smug. I didn't say anything about Cambodia. It is from your rabbit mind. > It also has some side effect to it. You are required to have it whenever you go anywhere. Well, the police stopped me before when I forgot to bring along with. He only asked me a few questions and he found out that I am a liar, he let me off the hook. But, not it is different. Instead of just one small offense, you got two. And the latter will send you to jail and stay in jail for sometime before you can prove them. The same thing applies to legal alien. They are required to carry their alien card at all time. It is easy for you and the Governor to say that. Immigration green card is not easy to be replaced. If you happen to loose it, it might even take a long time to get the replacement and you can forget about going anywhere while waiting for the replacement. To: [email protected] Date: Wednesday, May 26, 2010, 6:17 PM I don't think you can answer my questions. But, I want to paint a gruesome picture for you. You decide to move to live in Phoenix, Arizona. You just want to go to a grocery store. After driving off your driveway and at a few stop lights, a police patrol see you and you look like the illegal immigrant and the police stop you and ask for your identification, You didn't violate any law, but you got stop anyway because of your look. After seeing your ID, the police let you go. A few more stop lights, you get stop again by another police. Tomorrow, the same thing happen while you go to work, So, everyday, you get to show your ID a few or several times. Do you think you will able to tolerate that? Had you learn anything when you were living under the KR? --- On Wed, 5/26/10, In Camdisc <[email protected]> wrote: From: In Camdisc <[email protected]> Subject: Arizona’s Immigrations laws and the future of Cambodia. To: "CAMDISC" <[email protected]> Date: Wednesday, May 26, 2010, 1:37 PM I am writing a short statement of concerns of the future for the safety and security of Cambodia . As everyone, who’s living inside the United State of America and closely follow the immigration reforms, and very touchy issues; both national and states level. Recently, Arizona laws makers passed the immigration laws to tackle illegal immigrants with over 70 percent of Arizonian’s resident supports. But, the Democrats and the Socialist are challenging the new laws, and called the new laws racist, violated human rights, etc. When I am looking at Arizona ’s new immigration laws by comparing this law to Cambodia , and where Cambodia and her people are going to face in the near future. Cambodia will face the same challenges from the left wingers, the Communist, the Socialist and the Democrats; when Cambodia elected an independent prime minister and leaders who want to enforce the immigration laws for Cambodia .
