If we get Long Kim Leang, we able to publicly expose his spy network across America and Europe. The spy network links to Hun Sen, Hun Sen directly links to Hanoi and Hanoi will not allow Paris Paris Agreement (PPA) be implemented. In that agreement, there was Hanoi's signature. So, we as all Khmers are able to report to UN so the UN can opens new eyes to see the main culprit ( Hanoi) that causes all political chaos in Cambodia. It may also lead to the fact that Hanoi's mission of invading Cambodia in 1979 was *not* a mission to " rescue" Khmers. It was an Indochina Federation Plan.
