Hello Khoar Chev, It's very troubling if indeed the person who's assigned to lead the fight against corruption, Om Yen Teang, is himself a well-known corrupt official. If your info is true, then I'm wondering why the government does that, and I'll agree with you that it's performing the "pahee min lo-or min see looyy" trick, d'ohh!!
