Hearsay can never be true by itself. That's why we call hearsay. Hearsay can be true sometimes with cooperation with other facts.
If we read your questions, it seems like to have the discussion to go around so your vision is true. My friend, Sam Rainsy can nener change the facts of what he has done to destroy himself, which he claims to be patriotic. We know border encroachment is wrong. However, border encroachment must be true to be wrong. Most often time, border encroachment is accusation or dispute. Cambodians have been so busy killing one another, and they forgot completely about their border. They have ignored their boundry with their neghboring countries for a very long time. Now, there is peace in the region. Border demarkation has become a hot issue. Now, each parties have claimed their rightiousness. Who is right now? Look at the Thai issues. Both Thai and Cambodians have claim Vihear temple as theirs respectfully. Who is right? Only one can be right. Yet, both parties are trying to be in that position. That's dispute occur.
