My friend, Khmer Rouge regime is a regime of Cambodia. They killed their own people in millions. Then they want to blame it on America, Vietnam, China etc....... We have heard it all. Today, those critics have been silent because they just can't escape their self responsibility. My friend, The majority of Cambodians living America today are no longer think about Cambodia as their home. Their families here are very comfortable.
