លោកពូក្រាក់ម៉ូ ការធ្វើបាតុកម្មគឺមានពីរបែបប័ទ្ធ ១៖ គឺបាតុកម្មក្នុងន័យប្រឆាំង ។ ២៖ គឺបាតុកម្មក្នុងន័យស្ថាបនា ។ បាតុកម្មប្រឆាំង គឺគេនាំគ្នាទៅជេរតេះដៀល បន្តុះបង្អាប់ ។ បាតុកម្មស្ថាបនា គឺគេនាំគ្នាស្នើសុំ ឬរំលឹកដាស់តឿន ជាដើម ។ តាមខ្ញុំដឹង អនិកជនខ្មែរនៅបរទេសមួយចំនួន ពួកគេតែងតែធ្វើបាតុកម្មប្រឆាំង ។ ខ្ញុំជឿថា បើអនិកជនខ្មែរទាំងនោះ នាំគ្នាធ្វើបាតុកម្មក្នុងន័យស្ថាបនាទៅវិញ គឺច្បាស់ជាមានតំណាងរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល ចេញមកជួបចរចាគ្នាជាមិនខាន ។ តែបើអនិកជនខ្មែរទាំងនោះ នាំគ្នាធ្វើបាតុកម្មក្នុងន័យប្រឆាំងទៅវិញ ពួករាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលប្រាកដជា ស្អប់ពួកនោះ ដល់ឆ្អឹងជាមិនខាន ហើយមិនទៅ អើពើរវីរវល់ និងព្រឹត្តការណ៍នេះសោះឡើយ ព្រោះថាពួករាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលទាំងនោះ ពួកគេក៏ជាប្រថុជ្ជនដូចអ្នកគេរាល់គ្នាដែរតើ ៕
