Dear Friends:

Attached, please some parts of the book

Dear All,

Inside the turmoil I was one of the spectators there. My former student Ung Ty
(Classe de Iere C) was the High School president at that time. He gathered
other
students from northern High school like "Sroch Srang Cheat" and Rusey Keo High
School to La Providence High School. These three High School student groups
came
to see Dr. Keo Sang Kim at his office at Norodom Boulevard.  The student parade
from Dr. Keo Sang Kim office to Vimean Ekareach is not really crowded yet. At
Vimean Ekareach more and more people came to join including the Cyclo- pousse
drivers and others students from Sisowath, Toul svay Prey, and especially 18th
March High School (Pet Chen). Because Vimean Ekareach was not a really a good
place to safe-guard these two hostages, the students decided to move to 18th
March High School .

My brother in-law was one of the student CHAYAM group of 18th March high
School.
He saw Dr. Keo Sang Kim and Thach Chea at a safe place in one of the west
school
building. They treated them with respect waiting for the government's
answer for
the deal. At 3:00 PM , the Police Military (PM) and the Fire fighter truck
came.
Instead of doing a deal they forced to go inside the school by starting to
shoot
to the students and spraying water to the mass at Eastside. I was hiding myself
behind the bricks mount at the Southside of the school with my wife. We were
witnessing all the atrocities of the police officers towards the students.
there
were shooting, beating and spraying water to everyone. We were escaping from
that ordeal, and two hours later, I came back there. I heard the rumors that
both hostages were wounded. And  the rest of the story our camdiscers knew
better than I did.

Our lesson: - Talking in that situation is not a best way for SOME Khmers ...
                - Agression from the government will be a sad ending to both
sides.
                - We nerver learned what we were mistaking.
                - What's wrong with us ?
