Let me ask you a few questions about this one.
First of all, is corruption still in full force in Cambodia?
Second of all, are Cambodians still practice their culture of
impunity?
If you answer "yes" to these questions, then Cambodia has not changed
that much.

My friend,
Cambodia has not changed a bit. The rich is getting richer while the
poors are getting poorer.
Do you know why?
Because they are practicing corruption and the culture of impunity.
