The situation is that donors and Cambodian government agree to industrialize Cambodia. They hope that developers would use Cambodian labor to improve the lives of Cambodians. This process makes millions of Cambodians to change the way they work and live. And they have hard time to accept it at this point. Beside the vision does not convince them to accept it.
