Cher Monsieur Baphuon:
Thank you very much, everything relating this secret has been clear up
in my mind.
I felt that this is something like a title, and exactly it is.
Why the second and the third presidents didn’t use this title ?
Furthermore, I found something illogical in your documents
In the message of condolence of NEAL VY, he was born in 1940. So, in
1950, he was just a 10 years old kid, in 1960, he was a 20 years old boy,
and in 1970, he was a full age man. But, in the documents, CHAO DARA, who
cannot be LN, started his activities from the 1950’s. Where did he receive
the education … so, NEAL VY was too young to be CHAO DARA.??
If the second and the third Presidents used also this title, it is
explainable.
