I'm building an 11x14 camera around an 18" f/4 Verito lens in barrel. The
smallest Packard shutter I can affix to this camera front standard and
accomodate that lens is 8 1/2" square with a 5" diameter opening, hence a
larger than normal front frame is needed. The smallest lensboard for that
lens is 6" diameter.
On the other hand, my ROC 11x14 takes 4" boards and has a much smaller
tapered bellows. So the front of the bellows also limits the lens choice.
